Hi! I am Nadia, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to helping people feel a little more at home in their own minds.

I know that sometimes our brains can feel like a messy room or a TV that will not stop playing reruns of our most embarrassing moments at 3 AM. Whether you are navigating the responsibilities of adulthood or trying to make sense of big feelings at school or at home, I am here to help you untangle those thoughts.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to support you with care, curiosity, and respect as we work through life’s twists, turns, and occasional “oops” moments in a space free of judgment.

Born in Canada with Guyanese roots, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive perspective to my work. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as those moments when you may feel uncertain or disconnected. I am committed to creating a space that feels genuine, supportive, and empowering as you move toward well-being.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially by the water or walking in nature, as I find these moments grounding and restorative. I also enjoy reading, as well as watching movies across a range of genres, including action, thriller, romance, and comedy. Creative activities such as painting and baking are another way I like to unwind, along with practicing yoga and Pilates to maintain balance. In my free time, I value connecting with family and friends and enjoy simple pleasures, like going out for ice cream or completing puzzles.
